Do I need to transfer money to APPX?

No. You do not send your funds to APPX. Your money stays in your own exchange account (Binance, Bitget, or Coinbase), whether you use Spot or Futures. APPX only automates the strategies you create and approve.

Does APPX create its own strategies?

No. You describe your own trading idea, review the generated setup, and confirm it before activation. APPX automates your approved rules; it does not take ownership of your trading decisions.

How does Binance connect?

You connect with a Binance API key. Keep withdrawals disabled and grant only the trading permissions you need. APPX does not need withdrawal access.

Can I stop a strategy?

Yes. You remain in control and can pause or stop active strategies from the dashboard at any time. You can also review the rules before activating them.

Is my money safe from platform custody?

APPX is not a wallet or exchange and does not hold your funds. Orders, balances, and market risk remain on your selected exchange account. Never enable API withdrawals.

Does APPX guarantee profit?

No. Automated trading can lose money, and no result is guaranteed. Use sensible position sizes, set risk controls, and activate only strategies you understand.

How much can I earn from referrals?

When a referred user subscribes or renews an eligible package, you can earn $5 for Basic, $10 for Pro, or $20 for Elite. Rewards are credited once per eligible referred-user renewal cycle.

How do I withdraw referral earnings?

You can request a withdrawal whenever your referral balance is available by providing your Binance ID or wallet address. The platform team reviews and processes the request before payout.
